Our standard shipping in the Continental United States is $5.99, for the first item, including handling fees. The shipment goes out USPS ground within 1-2 days and usually takes between 4-6 business days to arrive. Currently we do not offer overnight service.
United States & Canada. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use USPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Tracking is provided upon request.

Returns & Exchanges
Hip Appeal will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please remember all Sales items are Final. Please email or call us to receive a return authorization number. Ship the product back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the wraps back to us. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $4.95 per order restocking fee. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 14 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 30 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return online by email to email@example.com usual turnaround time is 1–2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued. If you were sent the wrong item by mistake please contact us immediately for a Return Shipping Label to send back wrong item for verification and we will expedite your package to you.
Of Course! Place a new order for the style color you want and then email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to get return authorization and a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the item back to us as a return. When you email please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
