Shipping

Free Ground Shipping Special Offer (Limited Time Only)

Receive Free Ground Shipping on orders over $75. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.  International orders over $125 will also receive free shipping.

Standard Shipping 

Our standard shipping in the Continental United States is $5.99 shipping and handling fee.  The shipment goes out USPS ground and usually takes between 5-7 business days to arrive.  Currently we do not offer overnight service.

Where We Ship

United States (48 contiguous United States)
We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use USPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers
The cost for shipping is approximately $5.99 for shipping and handling. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7 business days!

US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam Customers
The cost for shipping is approximately $12.95 for shipping and handling. Your order will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Canada

Canadian Customers (*This will change as we are setting up our Canadian distribution center shortly)
The cost for shipping is approximately $12.95. Your order will ship via United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Also, please note that you MAY  have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Hip Appeal invoice.

Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped.

Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

Returns

Hip Appeal will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email or call us to receive a return authorization number. Ship the product back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to us. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $4.95 per order restocking fee. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

Your return request must be made within 14 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 30 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return online by email to info@hip-appeal.com. Usual turnaround time is 1–2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items.

Hip Appeal guarantees against manufacturer’s defects within 14 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the item(s) purchased are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing info@Hip Appeal.com

Exchanges

Place a new order for the style color you want and then email customer service at info@hip-appeal.com to get return authorization and a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the item back to us as a return. When you email please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
